SALAM HORMAT KEPADA MOMOD,STAF DAN SUHU-SUHU TERCINTA

Ijinkan ane membuat thread ini untuk meramaikan sub forum DESAIN GRAFIS,tapi kali ini ane berbeda dg lainya,karena disini tempat request desain.
(Mudah-mudahan momod mengijinkanya)
Disini ane coba berbagi desain rumah,kantor,ruko,cafe (yg berhubungan dg bangunan) impian suhu-suhu,
silahkan juga yang mau request DESAIN (FREE)
Sebelumnya ane perkenalkan dulu,ane adalah seorang Arsitek,lulusan Universitas swasta di Bekasi,ane jg seorang wiraswasta/Pemborong bangunan.pengalaman di Pemborong bangunan -+ 10 Tahunan.

Adapun dalam me-Request desain,silahkan PM ane,dg FORMAT dibawah ini : (PM TANPA FORMAT YANG SUDAH DITENTUKAN TDK AKAN DI RESPON)

SYARAT REQUEST DESAIN
1. Sertakan ukuran tanah (Panjang x Lebar) untuk desain baru, untuk renovasi sertakan ukuran bangunan sekarang,dan disertakan foto-foto bangunan.
2. Tentukan konsep bangunan dahulu (Konsep desain modern,clasic,minimalis atau lainya)
3. sertakan data-data penunjang lainya (Contoh tanah/rumah menghadap kebarat,sebelah timur ada lapangan sepak bola, dan lainya)
4. Desain hanya sebatas gambar 2D Yaitu denah,tampak depan,adapun untuk kelanjutanya seperti permintaan GAMBAR 3D,GAMBAR KERJA ATAU PUN RAB bisa di bicarakn lebih lanjut.

NOTE : Apabila banyak yg request,ane harap bersabar ya suhu,nanti ane akan update di kolom komentar progress desain siapa saja yang lagi berprogress,
